General Pet Rules in Many Pet-Friendly Accommodations

Responsible owners must clean behind their cats and dogs, one of the main requirements of many pet-friendly hotels. Also in OC, the law Pooper-Scooper is implemented strictly.  And that means pet owners who do not bring cleaning up materials when walking with their pets would pay a fine.  Accommodations and hotels expect guests to abide by the regulations.  If the pet is not destructive and is well behaved, it may also be left inside the room and unattended.  Most hotels do not tolerate noisy pets, as they might be bothersome to their other guests. And unless the pet owner is inside the room, the housekeeping staff won’t enter and clean it.

Compare and weigh your options. Be sure to contact the hotel for their complete policies and rules. Also, make sure that you confirm any details with them prior to booking and bringing your pet to prevent any stress later.
